Gluten-Free Crockpot Taco Ranch Chicken
Easy to prep taco chicken
An easy, flavorful shredded chicken that is perfect for tacos, rice bowls, salads, and weekly meal prep.

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet gluten-free taco seasoning
1 packet ranch seasoning powder
2 cups gluten-free chicken broth
12 gluten-free hard taco shells, for serving
Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
Sprinkle the gluten-free taco seasoning and ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.
Once the chicken is fully cooked and tender, shred it directly in the crockpot using two forks.
Stir the shredded chicken back into the seasoned cooking liquid.
Allow the chicken to sit for several minutes so it can absorb more of the broth and flavor.
Divide the chicken evenly among 12 gluten-free hard taco shells and add your favorite toppings.
